Made to order

Every tote and tea towel is printed to order, just for you, so nothing sits in a warehouse. Most orders are made and shipped within 2 to 5 business days.

Shipping

• United States: $5.99 per order, free on orders over $50. Delivery usually takes 3 to 8 business days after your order ships.
• Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, and Mexico: $14.99 per order, free on orders over $50.
• Everywhere else we ship: $14.99 per order.

International delivery usually takes 1 to 3 weeks. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are paid by the recipient.

Returns and exchanges

Because each piece is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for a size or color you chose.

If anything arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.

Lost or late orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the times above, let us know and we'll track it down. If it was lost in transit, we'll send a replacement.
